Neill-Cochran House Museum

...

The Neill-Cochran House Museum is a 19th century home designed by master builder Abner Cook. Our assignment was to create a garden courtyard for hosting museum functions. The design had to be sensitive to the historic context, using materials that complemented those used in the original home. Selected plants were representative of plants available in Texas at the turn of the century. Photograph here by Carrington Weems. Work performed while employed by Land Design Studio.
